Welcome!
It's been a while! After months, even years trying to figure out who I am as a photographer, my path found me.
After NESoP, while living my new lost, post-education life-- you know, slinging bagels -- a very large construction site set up shop next door. Not only did I get to watch this incredible process of many large buildings being built, I got to see these workers on a daily basis. These people were the most down to earth people I've met in any workplace and they are building homes, futures, new establishments with their own hands. My love for construction started.
I got recruited by a construction management company also in Allston/Brighton area and all the pieces fell together. I learned about the trade. I also learned that what would make me most happy is to be in the field of construction and photograph. And there you have it, construction photographer. And that's why I have this secondary blog. I may be a Construction Photographer now, but a photographer will always be simply a photographer. Here, I will be posting all shoots not construction. Motorcycles, Fine Art (which was my major), Weddings, Portraits, landscapes the whole nine.
So with this initial blog, I posted my most recent non-construction shoot. Enjoy!
